Freeze Your Brain is an award-winning, gourmet quality brand bringing REAL Hawaiian style shave ice and 5 ⭐️ service to your special event. When a basic snow cone vender simply won’t do… hire Freeze Your Brain Shave Ice.
Freeze Your Brain can cater any size event from birthdays to employee appreciation days to corporate events. Please keep in mind that we serve out of our kiosk and do not generally do indoor setups (unless it’s a large venue with roll-up loading door that the kiosk can be driven into the building and 220v/50amp power can be provided). Our RAM 1500 truck is the support vehicle to the kiosk and provides the generator power, freezer of ice and other supplies and must either remained hitched to the kiosk (best scenario – see photo below) or parked immediately next to or behind our kiosk depending on space limitations.
Freeze Your Brain’s catering minimum is $500 + tax. This includes travel (up to 30 miles), 2 hours of time on-site (1 hour serving – 30min set-up/30min break-down) and up to 50 8oz shave ice (3 flavors per shave ice). Add sweetened condensed milk or real passion fruit topper – $1 each per shave ice. Add Blue Bell Vanilla Ice Cream to the center of any shave ice for $2 each. Any shave ice above 50 is charged individually at $6 each (plus any topper or ice cream) and requires more serving time at $50 per hour. If you’d like your shave ice served by Freeze Your Brain’s mascot “Doc Freeze” (kids birthday for example) please add $100.
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to lock in your date(s). The remainder is due on or before the day of the event prior to service. Any additional charges to be paid at the conclusion of service. Please keep in mind gratuity is NOT included in the total but is appreciated and customary.

EVENTS
Freeze Your Brain vends at multiple events in central Florida throughout the calendar year and posts the names, location and dates of those events on this page as the bookings becomes known. We typically offer our full menu at these events but may slightly modify or shorten it in certain instances and seasons. Our shave ice sizes are KIDS 8oz (strictly 12 and under ONLY), ADULT 16oz and EPIC 24oz. Our Kettle Corn bags are Small $8, Medium $10 and Large $12.
